(December 29, 2021, 1:51 pm)Jake showed up in a timely manner. Was on site for a minute and a half. Van was unlocked. Previous locksmith from another company was here for 20 minutes and couldn’t do it and left. Great company would highly recommend.
(April 12, 2021, 6:02 pm)Extremely friendly, called late morning and were able to schedule me for a couple of hours later. Needed my back door latch replaced, and the door was stuck closed. Was able to fix it without a problem, and even installed some good long screws he had to replace the stock short ones on my front door’s deadbolt striker plate while he was here, no extra charge. Would absolutely use them again if/when I have a need!

ACR was 11/10 and A+ service all the way. From Tracy taking the call (and proactive follow up while we waited AND expediting assistance) to Jake the absolute wizard who did his magic and had us back in the car in literally

I really respect someone who is genuinely interested in helping others. I scheduled the appointment to have him do the work and he was early and done sooner than we expected. Win-Win-Win!
