I feel the product is of the best quality. The service is great and being able to communicate about scheduling through texting is real plus. Paperless billing works so well with busy lifestyles, that I’ve learned to really appreciate that.

Our office (in Cass Co. Nebraska) has been using Culligan of Percival's water service for several years now. The customer service of this location is above anything I have seen in a long time, if not ever. The efforts put forward to help their customer is outstanding and QUICK! I called to request a sooner delivery of more drinking water, not only did they help but my requested was fulfilled about 2 hours later....we are definitely a satisfied customer. :-)

We have been customers of Culligan Water of Percival, Iowa for many years. The service men who come annually to check our filter system are always very polite and knowledgeable. We have had a couple of problems with the system but they are always here right away and get it fixed to our satisfaction. Thanks for asking for our opinion. Glad to do it.

The people that work here are great people! They go above and beyond to get us what we need every time! Roxie is the sweetest lady and reminds us to put our bottles out the night before they deliver! She is absolutely wonderful we love her! ;-)
