AT&T Store

I went in to the Prosper AT&T store not realizing how hard it was going to be to leave Verizon. It took many hours of wait time due to Verizon being so poorly run during the pandemic. The AT&T staff were attentive, patient and beyond helpful. It was obvious that they were understaffed but they kept rocking and rolling and every single staff member was smiling, helpful and friendly. After all of the customer service issues I had with Verizon, seeing that type of red ice commitment in the AT&T store was affirmation that I was making the right move by switching. Ana was my in-store rep and I highly encourage everyone to ask for her when going in. The store manager was also amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I would also like to add that with all of the Verizon stores being closed it was nice to have the AT&T store open. Cell phones and services are not cheap and having a person to directly speak with at all times should be a priority with the cellular networks. Thank you Prosper AT&T staff!!

Abdul was AMAZING! We came in and he gave us EXCELLENTservice. He was patient and kind and took extra care and time to explain things further. He also suggested ways to upgrade our plan (better options) and kept our bill the same.
In a time where people are cranky and short-he was everything but! Will use this location as long as he is here!

Maricris was patient and extremely knowledgeable. She made the whole phone shopping experience non-stressful. Highly recommend her and the Prosper location

Abdul was absolutely wonderful! I went in for the latest promotion and he assisted with so much more. I am a teacher and I had no idea that we are eligible a 25% off discount! He applied the discount, changed my plan where I was going to save money, 3 new phones without an installment, and a bill that is going to be $60 less than what it was!!! I have gone back a couple of times for help looking at my bill. Abdul took the time to write out each charge for each line and helped me understand what I was looking at. There are not many businesses where associates take the time to help out customers the way that Abdul did. He is a gem!

I can’t begin to explain how impressed I am with the customer service I get here. I usually think that it no longer exists but then Your employee, John Salazar, proves me wrong. John is always willing to show me something new or able to help me same a dime here or there. I wish more places had customer service like here. Also, this dude has some clean sneaks ??
