(June 5, 2020, 4:23 pm)I am a 20 something male with shaggy long hair and I walked in with ripped jeans and my work shirt as I often do to places of business. I am a loyal customer and have spent a good amount of $ over the years at James Avery for my loved ones. Time and time again I have been ignored by store associates and even blown off when I approach the counter for assistance..I’v worked in The service industry as-well as retail, door to door and many other industries where I understand sometimes appearance is judged on both sides prior to verbal interaction. I can only assume from these past experiences that this is what’s happened, Yet I’v still walked out with 100s of $s worth of gifts regardless of how I felt I was treated. Now today 6/5/2020 was a complete 180 degree experience! If you’ve read this far, I’m here to tell you there was only 2 floor /cashier employees here at this brand new (gorgeous and clean) location and a customer being assisted already. Greta, ( The most amazing, kind personal and helpful James Avery Employee I have ever met out of Sanmarcos, Austin, Dallas, Plano, Frisco and prosper locations! ) Dropped what she was doing and greeted me immediately. She made sure my girlfriends charm bracelet would be fixed, cleaned and lengthened within hours, aswell as helped me pick out and leave with some rings for her that she’s wanted for a long time! I highly recommend saving some miles driving to Plano/ Frisco and stop by the prosper location for great customer service and a clean open store! Even if you live in Frisco I’d recommend going to see Greta and her coworkers! Thanks and remember love one another!
