Texas Bank

Such a difference! Amidst everything Covid that has been ongoing, I went to my local Bank of America located just a few blocks down the street here in Prosper. To my unsurprise with this particular location... no tellers available, literally - zero. I get it.. ongoing Covid issues... but good night, you're my "Too Big to Fail" bank! They told me I had to use the ATM for all transactions to include deposits. A quick drive down the street to Texas Bank. It felt like entering the Kingdom of Heaven. Walked through the doors and 2 tellers along with a manager await at the teller desk as if they were expecting me and ready to serve. It was perfect! This bank is the largest physical bank in town and yet has the feel of a small town bank, exactly what Prosper needs. The folks who work here treat you as if they've known you the entirety of your life and I love it. Such a vast difference in service and relationship between BIG Bank of America and TX Bank! Step in and see the difference for yourself.

The entire staff here is amazing. They are always so helpful. All of the big banks could really learn how it should be done by Debbie, Paul and the team at Texas Bank. Moving all my accounts here ASAP.

WOW... What a difference!
I moved my personal and business accounts from BOA because of unresolved issues, video screen tellers, constant employee rotations, etc. BOA is simply too big.
I choose Texas Bank because friendly people are present when you walk in. I am recognized and greeted when I enter and the great, personal service starts immediately. It's like going back in time 20 years ago when banking was a pleasant, personal experience.

For where we live, this branch has a very convenient location. Any time we have gone into that office, we were met with friendly staff. We recently had an issue with our account and calling customer service did nothing to help. I called the branch directly and spoke to a manger regarding the situation. my issue was resolved and we came to a happy middle ground and I really appreciate the flexibility. The manager who helped me also took great initiative to resolve another issue we had. It was tremendously appreciated

I can’t speak to all the services offered as we aren’t in market for any loans. They do have various options for different types of banking and offer free checking.
