(October 10, 2020, 2:08 pm)I visited this location to have a hitch installed on my vehicle on a day that they normally don't have the personnel to do the installation, the other available days weren't convenient for my work schedule. Not only was the entire staff incredibly friendly, understandable, and accommodating but the employee came in on her day off anyway to complete my installation. During a time that is super stressful for me, the staff did everything to put me at ease.
(September 5, 2020, 10:57 am)Excellent Hitch Install! Irena really knows her stuff. They installed a 2" Curt Hitch on our new Forester and did a great job. Joshua the General Manager was very nice as well. I drove some extra distance to have this location do the install (based on other positive reviews) and am glad I did.
(August 29, 2020, 8:20 am)They made dropping off a trailer super easy. No questions asked. Just drop and go. Looked like they had a ton of selection as well if I ever needed to rent anything again. Would definitely stop here first
