First time renting out a storage space and Ben and Jody have been an amazing help! The process was seamless, efficient and explained thoroughly. Wonderful staff and beautiful facility!

Brand new, clean, and secure! Jodi was very helpful, and I really appreciate her help. I did an online rental. It was quick and easy. You get a discount for setting up autopay, which is great. There was a great promotion from the rental insurance also. But the online automatically charged for a lock... I asked Jodi when I got to property, and she said she could refund the lock, fee, no problem! (FYI, this property only uses the disc locks). Jodi took the time to thoroughly explain how to get in and out of this unique building, and I'm so glad she did, because I would have been lost otherwise! Thanks so much Jodi!

Jody was amazing! In and out in record time, and she personally walked me through the process, answering all my questions on the guided tour to make sure we were 100% happy with the unit we picked. Jody was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to find us two units close together. She answered all our questions and said to contact her with any other information we need. She was very pleasant. She also took time to notice our toddlers and ask their names and include them in the process. The units are very clean and easy to access. We definitely recommend this Public Storage location.
