  Amazing customer service and best T-Mobile we've been to. We have been T-Mobile customers since 2009 and have been to several stores in Frisco/Prosper area. This one was the best experience hands down. We went in for 1 watch and walked out with 2 (they had a promo) but Mary was so awesome! She helped us get the best deal and explained things to us, answered all of our questions. She helped us set them up and make sure everything worked before we walked out. This was about 20 minutes past close and she stayed to help us. She never showed any frustration (as many will do when it is near closing time) she was so friendly, helpful and caring. She even got us onto the new T-Mobile internet (for the house) which I am so excited to see how it works (they are back ordered) so just waiting on it to arrive. The store is big, clean and everyone in there that day was friendly and amazing! Way to go, keep up the excellent work and this will be our go to store from now on. Thank you Mary.

  I had the most difficult time fixing my phone and went to multiple stores to try to get it resolved. WELL, I came to this location & they were able to fix my phone in an instant! Extremely polite and quick! Highly recommend visiting this T-Mobile location!

  Our experience with T Mobile was excellent! Mary Sauceda was extremely knowledgeable and patient and went above and beyond expectations when setting up our account. She answered all our questions and was very kind. I would highly recommend Mary and T Mobil.

  Loved my over the phone experience with this store. I spoke with Sterling and he was very kind, knowledgeable and professional.
  He absolutely helped me resolve my issue.
  I was chatting with a friend about the wonderful experience and he was like, "yeah he is great! He is the android guy!"
  Highly suggest this shop.
  The stores in my town were not able to help but Sterling absolutely did.

  The flowers are always fresh and beautifully arranged!! Cameron and Lucy are Awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help! Check out their shop, they brought Snoopy to the neighborhood for the Holidays! ????

  Shout out to Cameron and Lucy at Sunshine Flowers! These people are adorable! I ordered a corsage at the very last minute over the phone. Lucy was very helpful. The prices are right and the corsage is beautiful! 5 stars for Cameron coming out to say “Hi” in the middle of the Homecoming rush!!
