(December 8, 2020, 10:47 am)I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise at Efficient Home Solutions. One of my guest rooms was not heating properly and was much colder than the other rooms. David resolved the issue and educated us on why it was happening and other very important information about our system.
I’m grateful for their help and now our guests are much more comfortable!!
(June 11, 2019, 4:02 pm)One of our air conditioners decided to go out. Unfortunately we did not realize it until bedtime. We contacted Efficient Home Solutions and they stated they could come by later that night. We agreed. Everyone in the house had gone to be except me when the Rocky arrived. He assessed the situation quickly, determined the solution, presented me with my options and he fixed the unit. We were up and running that night. The next morning my family couldn’t believe that we had it fixed while everyone was asleep. I would recommend Efficient Home Solutions to anyone/anytime. They have phenomenal customer service, outstanding knowledge and are extremely trustworthy. We wouldn’t use anyone else except Efficient Home Solutions!!!

On their initial visit, they came out at 9:30 on the WEEKEND to get our old AC up and running in the heat of the summer. Wonderful and unexpected level of customer service. We later decided, after taking multiple bids and meetings with multiple companies, to have 2 new units installed for our home by Efficient Home Solutions. They went above and beyond, addressing concerns well after our installation occurred. It always feels good when you can look back on an experience with a company and see they gave you everything they promised and more. Thank you EHS!

I live in the Lakewood Dallas area and own an older home. I have settled for years with an uncomfortable home in the Summer and Winter months because I assumed I had to because of the age of my home. In August I got sick of settling and called Efficient Home Solutions along with a couple other Companies out to see if they could help me with my problem. The other Companies said your units are running fine and when they breakdown I can increase the size if I want but not much more they can do.
Efficient Home Solutions provided a large list of suggestions, recommendations and solutions to my comfort issues, some I could do myself if I wanted and others that they would take care of. We decided to have them:
Add Additional return air vents to our systems
Add better filters to our systems
Upgrade our old Thermostats to digital wifi
Cleans units
Seal up our duct-work
Add attic Insulation
Add attic ventilation
Foam Seal our utility openings and attic access hatch
after all those improvements we can now achieve 72 even in the hottest part of the day, 78 to 80 was best temperature before. They tell me it will save me money on my electric and gas bills as well. All I really cared about was looking forward coming home instead of dreading it. Money well spent, AC crew and Insulation crews were very respectful young men.
