Canyon Creek Daycare

This place is amazing all around. The staff, teachers, and management truly love the kids. The owner always addresses any concerns immediately and genuinely cares, not only about the kids but also about the parents comfortability. The owner always gives the parents a heads up for any news/events/changes coming to the school and the alert includes a survey/poll which gives parents a voice in the matter. You can't make everyone happy, BUT this place does their best to try and accommodate everyone's feelings. There has not been a single time where I felt like my voice or feelings weren't heard and this also goes for my friends and neighbors, who have kids of all ages that also go here. The kids are happy to go to school everyday and that is saying ALOT when you are talking about MY toddler. My daughter has gone there since she was 2 months old and has always been so excited to go. She won't leave my side anytime we go somewhere or when we are at the house even. #momlife. My son went to a different daycare before we switched to CCDC and at his first daycare - he would scream and cry and pretty much grip on to the car when I'd try to take him into school...then we switched to CCDC and he was a completely different kid, he was engaged and so excited to be going to daycare, to the point we would have to run after him because he would be racing to get inside the building. I can honestly say this place is great with ALL the kids because there has not been a single time in 3 years of us going where I've seen any kid crying/upset because they didn't want to go inside. NOT ONCE, the teachers know the parents and kids by name, even the ones that aren't your kids teacher. My kids have also learned SO MUCH since we've started, even Spanish! The staff truly love the kids the way that the parents do and there is no better feeling than seeing someone care so much about your kids, especially since they are ultimately helping you raise your children for 8+ hours a day, 5 days a week.

My toddler daughters have been going to Canyon Creek Daycare since they were 8 weeks old. I could not recommend this daycare more. We have had the best experience. The girls loved going to school each day and the staff there is so sweet and personable to the kids there. I was a nervous new mom when I dropped my oldest daughter there at 8 weeks old and the Brightwheel app they use helped keep me at ease while I was at work. The teachers post updates and pictures on the app throughout the day. If you’re looking for a daycare in the Richardson area I would highly recommend CCDC!!

My son attended daycare for roughly a year. We loved his time here and he really progressed in the time he was here. Sadly we found a house across the metroplex that made traveling here not optimal and changed his daycare. As we have dealt with other daycares in the Metroplex, we have really missed the one of a kind staff at CCD.

My son has been going to Canyon Creek for about three years. He has absolutely loved his experience and has made memories for life! He’s moved off to kindergarten and we owe so much to Canyon for preparing him for his next journey! Love everyone at CCDC!

We love Canyon Creek! My daughter has moved around to 3 different daycare centers since August and this is by far the happiest I have seen her since she started attending daycare full time. Ms. Emma is a wonderful teacher and is so great at building bonds with the children. My daughter absolutely loves her. Ms. Summer and Ms. Ashton as well as the whole staff were so accommodating when we informed them that my daughter does not eat meat and were so helpful when we confirmed she had a dairy allergy and her diet was even more limited. They always answer the phone or respond quickly to emails when we have questions and they are quick to give updates on the app with pictures throughout the day as well. We are so lucky to have found this center.
