  You NEED Victoria, owner of JourneyFit, on your sideline. She's your biggest fan, pushes you, is understanding, and truly wants to help every single person that walks into her gym. Her staff is awesome. Workouts can be done by anyone at any point in their fitness journey. I look forward to every session I get to go to and feel like I did something great for myself every time I leave! HIGHLY recommend this gym!

  JF is an amazing experience, I am here for life! The trainers really care and give the utmost attention to detail! I am getting stronger and my body composition is changing. Thank you Victoria Thomas for providing a safe and amazing environment for us to meet our fitness goals! You rock!

  I lost 6 pounds after my first month of attending Journey Fit. Hands down this is the best gym in Dallas! I’ve been a member for a little over a year and have achieved so many fitness goals. All of the trainers are friendly and will really meet you where you are, physically. Everyone encourages and cheers each other on so you don’t have to feel like you’re not good enough or as advanced. Definitely recommended.

  Have been training with the owner for almost 7 years. So great to see her dream become reality. The staff is great and the clients are family, doesn't feel like your typical gym. Workouts/moves have modifications for those who need it. Proud to call Victoria my friend/ sister as well as my trainer. I will be a fan of her vision for life!

  Hands down one of the best gyms in Dallas Fort Worth. The trainers do a great job with pushing you to your goals with keeping a smile on their face. This gym also have events throughout the year to allow members to network outside of the gym classes. It feels like you are apart of a family. I couldn’t imagine myself going to any other gym.
