Excellent professional service. The atmosphere is relaxed and caring. I'm thankful to be able to hear the laughter and conversations with family and friends.

Dr. Gomer listened to my situation and performed audio tests to determine my current hearing status. She reviewed the results post test and gave me her interpretation of the results. Her followup report was quite informative and helpful in making future decisions concerning my hearing. She and her staff were more than helpful and courteous in accommodating my schedule and requests. They made sure I was comfortable and understood every phase of their evaluation.

So glad my moms insurance referred us to this place. What an excellent experience for my mother as she is entering into the hearing aids stage. Before the visit itself, Nicole was very helpful.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to do all the paperwork before the appointment so check-in was smooth. My appointment started right on time and besides reviewing the results with me in the office, a copy of them was emailed to me as well.

From the beginning, I felt that Dr. Gomer was looking for the best hearing instrument for me. She answered all my questions and went about using the most valid & important qualities among the products for me. I never felt rushed or hurried at any time during my visit.
