Edit: Ken responded promptly to an email requesting to cancel, and refunded the December payment(very nice compared to old management). However I've still been charged 3 months extra since I attempted to cancel, which is when the membership should've been cancelled.
Old: Impossible to cancel membership. They have not picked up calls or replied to voicemails for the past 6 months. I emailed them last month, was assured that the cancellation will be handled, then was charged again this month. Scummy business practice

The size of the gym is perfect! The trainers and administration are extremely talented, knowledgeable and very flexible to your schedule if you want an instructor. Also, the price is insanely good for what you're getting here!

It has some of the machines I need. They have alot of free weights equipments. Convenient for me because all the workout I need to do is I can do it here. Also it’s not that busy whenever I workout there like around 7pm onwards. All in all I like this branch :)

Clean fitness room. Basic CYBEX instrument. Acceptable price. All in all, a good place for amateur. It will be better if it has free chest press.
