Great Dr. !! I appreciate his expertise and bed side manner. He is always attentive and concerned about my well-being. His staff is always professional and courteous.
I broke my back in an on duty wreck in 2013, had surgery in 2014 and have lived with debilitating low back pain ever since. I started looking into spinal cord stimulators 6 or 7 years ago, after trying nearly every other alternative option, but was uncertain as to whether or not this option would even work, while at the same time being continuously turned away by worker's comp. When Dr Prasad took over the office I was going to, he sat down with me and talked to me, answering every question I had, helping me get over my uneasiness of continuing to pursue the option of implanting a SCS device after so many years of feeling hopeless. Dr Prasad fought worker's comp on my behalf and. within a month of taking over my case, was able to get worker's comp to approve the SCS trial and the permanent implant. I felt better within the first week of Dr Prasad doing my surgery than I have in almost 10 years. I believe 100% that Dr Prasad has given me my life back, not only personally but professionally as well. I may not be where I was 10 years ago before my wreck, but because of Dr Prasad, I'm closer to it than I thought I ever would be. THANK YOU Dr Prasad for everything!!!
I'm usually skeptical when seeing new Doctors but Dr Prasad is a different kind of Doctor He listens,he understands he's compassionate which is great!,he's very kind and helpful I feel very comfortable with him and his services and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs exceptional care he's the go to Doc! You won't be disappointed 🙌
Cons: I waited over 30 minutes to see the doctor and no one communicated he was running late, causing me to miss an appointment. It would be good if they would send me the paperwork ahead of time to fill out.
Pros: The doctor took his time to evaluate me and understand my concerns. He explained what he thought was going on and how best to treat it. He seemed very knowledgeable.
I was a little nervous about seeing a new doctor because of having to start over with going over my history and not really sure how responsive he would be to my medical needs but he came right in with a few jokes and asked about me and my family. He took me seriously when I was describing my pain because sadly even doctors judge you and are skeptical when it comes to having pain issues or thinking you’re exaggerating.Pain can’t be seen and sometimes hard to describe to someone who isn’t suffering but he took time to listen and explain. He even recommended how I should handle an issue with affording a pricey MRI . I have to say most doctors prescribe and order tests and don’t care if you can afford it so I was very pleased about that and looking forward to moving on with Dr.Prasad as my new doctor and new plan of action . I can’t count how many doctors come and go go at the Richardson clinic so hopefully he will be staying long enough for me to call him Dr.P for short, lol Sincerely S.Glover
