“I was more than a little intimidated to begin, but as soon as I walked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and helped to make sure everyone stayed using correct form. Space was limited, but not cramped. I saw the staff constantly clean off the equipment between uses. The work outs are as hard as you make them, meaning it’s up to you to do the work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a solid workout, from young athletes to even my mom.”

We came by to celebrate Valentine's day here as a family before everyone had to go to work or to school so it made for a memorable breakfast. “Extremely friendly staff that made wonderful recommendations of what's popular and suggested drinks that we may be interested. They have quite a large selection and combinations of mixtures. There are board games, a mini table football and a lounge so you can just sit, relax or read/work. It's easy to get to from Renner with lots of parking spaces. The drinks were made exactly how we ordered. You can lower your sugar intake, ice or no ice etc. Definitely will be coming back.”
