“Canterbury Courts is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. My husband, my dog, and I love that it is beautiful and green, pet friendly, and has very kind management. It seems like everyone in the office here works hard to make sure the residents are happy. During the first few months of the pandemic they brought in a food truck every week for us. They also respond to and resolve issues with the apartment quickly and efficiently whether it’s a complaint or maintenance issue. We’ve lived here for over a year and it’s always been very safe and peaceful. We also love that the apartment is in walking distance from Crowley Park which is a beautiful place to walk our dog and we regularly see coyotes and bobcats there. They also have a dog spa to bathe our dog which is one of the best parts of living here. Our dog is large and it’s almost impossible to bathe her in our bathtub so the dog spa makes things so much easier on us. We have only ever had a problem with ants in the apartment being on the second floor and a can of any spray took care of them easily. The rent is pricey and will be raised after you move in which is pretty standard apartment procedure in Dallas. The water bill is shared and can be pretty high as well. As with many apartments the upstairs residents can hear their downstairs neighbors voices pretty clearly and they can hear our footsteps. The walls are very sturdy though and we can never hear the neighbors next to us or behind us. We have always been able to find a place to park though if you get home late you might have to park farther away from your apartment. Overall, we truly love this beautiful community and living here.”

I came in and he took as much time as necessary to work with me and dial in my perfect sound. The time spent here was worth every penny and I feel very fortunate to have such a great studio so local without the trashy people you normally find at studios. “Dr. Dela Cruz has been nothing but compassionate with me. I scheduled a visit with the Richardson location and happened to choose with him. Ever since the first visit, he would patiently listen to any concerns I had and would also make sure that the care I received would be thorough and accurate (either directly from him or from other doctors he personally trusts). I never felt rushed, and he would actually take time to explain and answer any questions I had. I have never had a regular doctor until now, and I will continue to go to him for any check-ups or consultations. In addition, the nurse I happened to interact with the last couple times is nothing but kind as well. I will have to update this when I catch her name the next time.”
