Josh was very responsive and followed through with everything he told me. It felt like he made my roof a priority since rain was in the forecast. The whole experience with Taylor Roofing was painless. I will use them again in the future if ever needed.

We called Josh to have him come over to take a look at a couple of minor issues. We explained it was a very small job, but he assured us no job was too small and every customer is important. Rather than simply inspecting the areas and giving us a quote, Josh got out his ladder, made the repairs and didn’t charge us anything. He also made a few other observations and rather than trying to sell us on his services, he suggested we contact the builder to have them address it. We don’t run across people with such integrity and kindness very often, he was very professional and knowledgeable and he will be our go-to guy in the future.

From start to finish TRC did what they said they were going to do and did it well! I feel they gave me a fair market price for my roof replacement,as we were not going through our insurance company on this roof replacement. The crew and the project managers showed up when they said they were going to, they were quick and efficient and cleaned up with a magnetic roller to remove the nails during the install. The project manager made it a point to sweep the driveway himself before leaving the jobsite to assure no nails were left behind. We will be using TRC again if needed in the future.If anyone reading this is looking for a trustworthy roofing company with great workmanship, and communication look no further.
