Dr. Grimes and Katie are a gift from heaven. Although I've only been going for a short time I always feel welcome and comfortable. I was having constant lower back pain, neck pain, and migraines after only about 4 months I vertically am pain-free.

I am lucky to have found Dr. Grimes. I had dealt with pain in my back for years but with treatment and maintenance, I'm pain free without drugs or surgery. He listens, diagnoses appropriately and treats better than anyone I've ever dealt with.

I've been going to Dr. Grimes for a few years now. He is awesome!

As an engineer (student of logic) I used to not think much of chiropractic therapy. That was until I woke up one morning while travelling on business not able to support the weight of my own head. The pain was so severe I could not get out of bed. After a lot of ibuprofen and a couple of hours I was finally able to get dressed and make it to a chiropractor. After x-rays he diagnosed me with a severe pinched nerve in my neck. He made two adjustments that day, one before my business meeting and one after before my flight home, to get me back to functional. He encouraged me to find a chiropractor at home and start a treatment plan, the point being the problem took years to form and would not be fixed overnight.

I of course got home and got busy and did not think any more about it. That is until a month later while undertaking a large landscaping project at home. After a week of driving a bobcat my hands started to go numb. Both were continuously numb past my elbows. The only thing I could feel was a throbbing pain with every pump of blood. It got so bad I could not sleep. That was enough to convince me finally to find a local DC. Dr. Grimes was close by and in network. I could not be happier. He listened to my symptoms and confirmed the previous diagnosis with an x-ray. Turns out he has and engineering background too so detailed communication is easy. He started an 18 month treatment plan beginning with 3 adjustments per week, then 2, then 1, etc. The results were immediate and sustained. I go now about once every month or two to maintain things.

Long story short, it is science and it works. The body is a complex assembly of systems and the nerves are the conduit for the control signals that keep all systems functioning correctly. Pressure on the nerves impairs these signals. Proper adjustments keeps the body functioning properly.
