Golden Rule Auto Care - Wylie

I love this place and love everyone here! They have taken care of me each time! I recently had gotten in a wreck and then started looking for cars. I took my Ford Fusion in to make sure everything was okay before i bought it from the dealership and everyone was honest and helpful through the process. Even when i brought my Rav4 in they were very honest on what was going on and how much it would cost. They’re kid friendly and very family oriented and i love it! Whole time i was there waiting Graham made sure to keep a conversation going! You don’t find too many places like this place around here. They’ll continue to have my service each time! Thank you guys so much and y’all are very much appreciated

I would give Golden Rule Auto 1000 stars if I could! The employees were very attentive and kind. And Johnny especially was the kindest most genuine person I’ve ever met. He was very honest with me, I’m a young woman who doesn’t know much about auto care so for some folks that would be an easy way to sell me an expensive service but Johnny recommend me a way to fix my car issue that is cheap and didn’t even involve using their services. They really care about what’s best for the customer, not themselves.

(12/22/22) Yesterday when the temperature was dropping in north Texas down to 10° - I suddenly realized I needed to get my car winterized. (battery check, antifreeze, and tires)

This place had good reviews, but I did not have an appointment and I just swung by to see if they could fit me in…at 4pm.

The team that works here are so compassionate and thoughtful. They squeezed me in because they did not want to see a fellow human’s car disabled from the cold. They checked everything I asked and found a couple extra things to discuss with me as future concerns.
(These future concerns were quoted as prices and times but no pressure was exerted. It was merely informational.)

No high pressure sales tactics, just made sure my car would be functional through very cold weather. And the price I paid was significantly less than I anticipated.

This group are more than coworkers, they seem like a great bunch of friends and family. I got to chitchat with the guys in the office about music and dogs.

I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else at this point.

Best service I have ever gotten at an auto shop. I've been to a few different places now and no one took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and what could be done to fix it. There is so much I could go on about with these people and how kind they are (they even put the windshield shades up to protect my interior when they were done with it). I would be typing a booklet over my one experience, though. Summarily I would bend over backwards to get in with these guys. Definitely worth it.

I love this place! It is so hard to find a repair shop I trust but I found it at Golden Rule. I have had three cars to them in the last year and each time the process was smooth and the cars are all running great! They update you from the time you drop the car off to the time you pick it up. Graham has been fantastic every time I called :) I highly highly recommend Golden Rule Auto Care in Wylie.
