I am very pleased with Josie's exceptional service. I made an appointment online to have a tour of available apartments. Josie promptly responded to my email. When I arrived at the leasing office, I was greeted by Ashley with a warm welcome smile. Ashley directed me to Josie’s office. Josie was professional, pleasant, cordial, and very helpful. I asked her several questions of which I read from Google reviews, she addressed them honestly. At first, I was skeptical about this complex because of several negative reviews. After spending some time with Josie touring the complex, talking to maintenance staff who are proud of their work, and a resident here, I do not think those negative reviews are accurately justified. The ground is nicely kept. The apartment is spacious, the interior upgrade finishes are pretty with modern touch. I feel comfortable to lease an apartment in a few weeks. I will update after a few months of living in my new home. Thank you Josie and Ashley for a good conversation and a pleasant meeting.
