CBS Systems installed the software system when we built our house. The system has worked perfectly for 3 years. They have come out to inspect and service the system once each year. The office staff and service personnel have been terrific. They respond and follow through in a timely manner and they are a delight to work with. The service man has taught us how to monitor and operate the system. Can't say enough about them. They are the best!

Great company with great customer service! We called CBS Systems at the recommendation of my dad who has been using them for 30+ years. Bill was able to provide technical expertise over the phone when our old (12+ year old) water softener went out. We ultimately decided to replace the system - he was prompt, cleaned up (even wiped my baseboards in the garage behind the water softener!), and friendly with a fair price! Highly recommend!

Bill Clark has built a company you can trust to provide excellent equipment and professional installation. Regina worked with us handling all of our pre-sales questions and Bill handled the install. We had a great experience with CBS Systems! Starting with Regina, she was so friendly at the ready to answer questions and was very responsive to emails. Bill came out to look at the issues we were having and after explaining we had 3 other water companies come out that all told us ridiculous quotes/fixes. Bill spent some time looking at how our water was running why is had so much iron and came up with a solution. He came out within a week, installed and rerouted some of our piping and it has been working flawlessly since!! Highly recommend for professionalisms, responsiveness, honesty, and price!

Having CBS Systems install my new water softener system (Aqua Systems Smart Choice Gen II 100) was a very easy decision for me because I have been a service customer with Bill for over fourteen years. During that time I have come to trust him as an ethical professional who puts his customers' needs first. Installation went smoothly, even though he had to do some additional prep work due to changes in city plumbing codes since my prior installation. The new installation looks great and the system is so much smarter than its predecessor. The control panel is so much more advanced and the system uses less salt. I recommend CBS Systems and the Aqua System Smart Choice II softeners to anyone needing to address their water hardness.
