Dr. Van Diest is wonderfully patient and knowledgeable. She takes her time and cares about Organizing a treatment plan. You’re not just another number with her. If you need help in her specialty I highly recommend seeing her.

HI! I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Dr. Van Diest is and how much I value and appreciate the care she gives me. I have never had a doctor care so much about me and helping me with all of my funky conditions.
I first saw Dr. Van Diest in Abilene Texas. I have followed her all the way to Bulverde, Tx, which is a good 3 hours away from me but well worth the drive.
She is special and unique and truly cares about every patient. I believe and this is my opinion only, but I believe Dr. Van Diest has been rousted by companies she has been affiliated with because she does not see her patients as a number and just run them thru the shoot. She spends the time with her patients and address their needs. Each patient gets the same level of care and concern. Dr. Van Diest puts her heart and soul into the care she provides.
I have a best friend who also has become a patient of Dr. Van Diest and has followed her as well. You really won't find a better or more caring doctor and she is so knowledgeable and up to date.
Dr. Van Diest goes above and beyond what any other will do for their patient's. If you find yourself in need of the best doctor I have ever had (and I have had quite a few) you truly need to see Dr. Van Diest.

I am a 70 year old type 2 diabetic with heart disease. I have run the gambit of doctors for several years. She is the nugget of gold that is priceless. Dr. Van Diest literally saved me. She listens and wants to know all about "her" patients. She is so intelligent, caring, and pleasant. 5 stars is not nearly enough. I would give her a 15 of a possible 10. Before I leave her office, she gives me written instructions and comments on our visit. I have driven 500 miles in one day just to be her patient.

She is amazing. She is so nice and listens to everything you have to say. No one has ever helped me with my thyroid, they always told me you’re fine go home. She’s definitely worth the wait .... I waited 5 months for my appt. So worth it!!

There isn’t enough stars there to rate Dr Van Diest. I’ve been seeing her for almost two years now and my experience at her office was always beyond the expectation. Her team including the front desk are always friendly and very professional. I currently travel almost three hours just to see her. She’s one of the doctors that truly cares about her patients and is very passionate about her work. She’s always on top of it with the latest devices, medicine and techniques which I love and appreciate so much as not many doctors can offer this quality of care, especially when it comes to insulin pumps. The greatest thank you goes to her for my safe pregnancy and healthy baby. We can’t be thankful enough.
