My fiancé & I had a really good experience with Kia!
We started off with Nate, he showed us the car we were looking at & let us test drive i; gave us lots of details on the car aswell.
Nate had something come up so we moved over to his teammate Brady.
Brady was very upfront & honest from the beginning which I appreciated!
My fiancé & I had a strict budget we really wanted to stay between & Brady made sure to do the best he could to get close to that and also make sure we were happy with our purchase! He was very helpful all around. He even helped keep the kiddos occupied with coloring & offering to order food. (So sweet)
I really enjoyed working with this team! We had to stay awhile past closing to completely close our deal & They were very patient & accommodating.

We had Brandon in financing & he was aswell awesome! He helped with any additional insurances we would have liked & helped a lot to keep us in our price range with the insurances we wanted to get added on. He was very friendly & didn’t mind our crazy kiddos 😂

The next day we set up a time for me to come in so they can show me all my new features & how to work the app for my car. Eddie was the one to help me with this, he was very nice & helpful with all my questions I asked & also very thorough! He made sure I knew how everything worked & also that I felt comfortable/no more questions before I took off!

I am amazed by the customer service from Brady and his team! Truly made it easy, fast and pleasant buying 2 cars. They made sure we knew about all the tech in the cars. Going Sunset Kia resulted in the most pleasant experience we've ever had buying a car. We went there to browse the used cars and ended up driving home with brand new 2023 Kia Soul EX, with the same monthly payment as our prior one (something we never expected we could do). Sam and John were excellent and took their time with us, answering questions about the car as well as finding better financing than what I was approved for prior to going there. At no time did we feel pressured to buy, which went a long way to making us feel comfortable. If you're thinking of a new car you should check out this dealership!

The doctor lady and lab staff appear to be five star performers. Yet, someone at the front desk neglected to send a referral to the bluepearl specialty hospital for a needed procedure. I usually give five stars on a review as a common courtesy. The missing review star is for the failed service that I received upon my first visit to this business.

I've been taking our 9lb dog and a seriously overweight, diabetic 18 yr old cat to the Bulverde Animal Hospital for over 10 years now and have always been cheerfully greeted by the front desk folks (where I pick up insulin for the cat every month). They are always ready to help or check-in the pets for appointments. Wait time is always minimal and test results are shared as soon as possible. There's been a recent change-over of Vets, but service provided continues to be top-notch.

The team at Bulverde Animal Hospital is wonderful. I love Dr. Wood! She is always ready to listen when I am concerned for my animals. She doesn't push me into any treatments I'm not absolutely comfortable with. Her bedside manner with animals AND pet lovers is as kind and sweet and straightforward as you can get. On top of that, the prices are affordable, so you get top tier care without going broke AND they help you understand all the costs BEFORE the treatment so you can make choices and not end up with painful sticker shock at check out.

So in Love with our new truck. Thanks to Brady, he listened to what we wanted and gave us reasonable options. He was down to earth, honest and super knowledgeable! It was by FAR the best car buying experience I've ever had! Mad props to the finance guy too! Super fast
