This place has been a blessing! I was afraid to start CrossFit again after almost 2 years off. However, Coach Alex took the time on the phone to answer all questions and immediately made me feel like my time and questions were important. He recommended foundations class due to the time away and I’m glad he did! I learned so much new information and have a better grasp of technique and mindset than I did before. The members are welcoming and I did not feel like “the new guy” like I was afraid I would. The gym is the perfect size: big enough to have the equipment and room to work out, but small enough to feel personal with the members and coaches rather than “another number.” The coaches say fitness is a journey, not a destination and that mindset helps. The focus here is getting better rather than lifting more weight. I’m happy to have found this place and would recommend ANYONE of ANY fitness level to try it out!
After trying traditional gyms, home workouts, hot yoga, running, etc I got invited to the Saturday community workout at Warrior Park and signed up that day. I instantly felt welcomed and encouraged. It makes it easier to show up every day when you have a community like Warrior Park cheering you on! The coaches are great and keep your form in check. The foundations classes they provide set you up for success and also make you feel comfortable and confident with the traditional CrossFit moves. If you’re looking for a workout that will make a difference in your mental and physical health I highly recommend Warrior Park!!!
I’m so happy I found Warrior Park CrossFit. Alex and Michele have created a very welcoming environment. It’s so different from joining another type of gym where the staff knows nothing about you.
The workouts are designed to be intense but can be scaled based on the athlete’s ability.
In addition to Alex and Michele’s support, you will find that all of the members are very supportive. This makes a big difference when you think you’re at the limit.
I, like most members, try to go everyday - Monday thru Saturday. If I have to miss a day I feel like I really missed out on the fun.
Hands down the best choice I’ve made training at Warrior Park Fitness. There is such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors from the staff to the members!!! All the trainers are excellent and take an interest in you and your specific fitness goals. The foundations class they offer really gave me that one on one training to get me started in the right direction. I love the fact that they offer a kids class twice a week so I’m able to make my health/fitness journey more of a FAMILY lifestyle.
You will feel welcome! The equipment is new, the layout is awesome, the community is family, and the coaches are great! I really appreciate the structure of the classes that help me understand each movement. The workouts can be adapted to different skill levels so don’t be intimidated if you have never done CrossFit.
