Dr. Leakey and the staff at Canyon City Animal have taken care of our cats since they opened. We always receive thoughtful, caring and expert care of our beloved pets. Dr. Leakey also has an intuitive ability to discern what’s wrong when there’s an unclear problem. We highly recommend.

I take my cat, Savannah to Dr Leakey @ Canyon Vet, Canyon Lake. His staff n tech's are the best in the area. Would not trust my pet to any other Vet. Most compassionate Vet I've ever had. Thanks guys for taking care of my pet n needs.

Dr. Leaky and staff have gone way above and beyond for our 3 English Bulldogs. Now, I am not sure if you know anything about English Bulldogs but they have a lot of problems. Ours have Particularly odd problems. Let me tell you all 3 are doing so good. So there is that. Secondly, the WHOLE staff is beyond personal and professional. They love my pets more than me, as it should be. They treat them so well. They treat me pretty good as well. I literally have 0 complaints in the 3 years we have been taking our kiddos there. One last thing, we have tried so many vets, there have been some good and not so good but Dr. Leaky and his staff are by far the best. Honest, professional, and personable. Oh ya, the techs have helped us sooooo many times as to how to take care of our little ones as far as maintenance issues. They all have their own experience with their own kiddos and that is again another plus. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to Dr. Leaky and his staff. Much love!!!
