  When we met Brenda, dealing with a Realtor was the last thing I wanted to do honestly. We had been trying unsuccessfully for over 5 years to try to sell this house. Our interactions with Realtors during this time was simply a nightmare. One realtor lost our earnest money because they didn't provide the buyers the HOA docs in time.
