  I wanted to share a good experience as I feel like I am seeing too many negative experiences in the reviews. Mental Health is not a one appointment, one standard medication type of treatment. I have been seeing NP French for medication management for at least 6 months now. She is very knowledgeable and shares her knowledgeable during each visit. When you go for a medication management session, the provider is not there for you to talk about your recent daily goings-about. The medication management provider is there to evaluate the effectiveness of your prescribed medication on an objective basis using questionnaires and talking about how you feel the medication is working for you. Since starting with NP French, I have noticed a massive improvement in my mood, attitude, and ability to focus. She’s been really wonderful and is focused on patient safety first, as she should be. I’ve also never had any struggles with the office staff or billing department. Everyone has been beyond friendly and helpful. If you are looking to do talk therapy, consider requesting a talk-therapy session with their counselors, but if you are looking specifically for medication management, like me, NP French does a wonderful job in searching for the right medication for you. If that is what you are looking for, I highly recommend NP French and her staff.

  I’m 29 and I went my whole life undiagnosed with adhd. When I finally sat down and thought “you know what maybe I should reach out for help” I was referred here. I didn’t know what to expect nor did I know if the help I was going to get was going to work. I want to say I have been seeing this facility for maybe 3-4 months now and I see major improvements. As a suggestion for anyone seeking help from this facility, don’t expect for the medication alone, or the consultation alone to put you on the right path. As I am receiving consultation, and medication I am also eating healthier and maintaining a consistent workout regimen and I can see myself moving in a positive direction. I can’t speak for everyone but for me it’s helping! Thank you.
