  Absolutely fantastic place. We didn't have an appointment for a new license and I was so worried we wouldn't get in same day. Showed up early (7:30am) to be one of the first in line. After opening, we were able to book an appointment for 3pm the same day. The driving test took some time, but everyone there was very friendly and walked us through the process. I'm so happy we came here.

  It was a great experience. The staff are very helpful and kind. It’s a very busy location, not crowded but there are lots of people getting their matters done. Definitely make an appointment online ahead, or you have to queue outside before opening and hope you’re able to snag one of the walk in appointments. They go very quickly. Again great staff, doing a great job!

  So yes, it's the DMV. You cannot walk in and you won't be seen at your appointment time but overall of you use the resources you can get out in an hour. There is a desk in the waiting room that will go over your paperwork and documents to make sure you have what you need prior to getting called back. I almost didn't have everything I need to get my kid's ID card. It would have been way more stressful without me going to that desk. Also they have televisions that you have to watch while you're there that offer advertising so this could be a secret inexpensive way to advertise for your business.

  I know in the past DMV has always been what people call sometimes hell on earth. But this place and the people are the best most helpful I could not praise him anymore. Simply put awesome
