I was confused why some items weren’t available to pick up in an online order but when I would go to the store they would be there on the shelf. I called the store in New Braunfels and spoke to a very nice lady named Evelyn!
She let me know how the system worked by a set quantity online and sometimes getting a shipment in doesn’t update the website accordingly. She explained everything very patiently with me even though this time of year is the busiest for them with the huge sale going on.
Evelyn was nice enough to check for me if everything I wanted was in the store so I could go to pick everything up myself instead of having it shipped. Unfortunately, there was a few items that weren’t in the store.
BUT the fact that she took the time out of her busy day to check on 6 items I wanted during a huge semi annual sale right after the holidays and on a Saturday in the middle of the day was so amazing of her to do for me! Thank you for your patience with me and explaining why things aren’t available online in store for pick up even if they are there. Evelyn I hope 2023 is the best year to come for you!! Thank you for your help!!

I’ve worked customer service all my life and now working with patients I know how frustrating these big sales and holidays can be for the staff especially this time of year with everyone getting sick. Purchased a ton of Christmas gifts at their sale! Also got to smell some new, really interesting candle scents along with the traditional ones. There was also a super sweet, elderly lady there that helped us with all of our selections. This is a nice location.

This branch has a great asset named Gina who is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable salespeople. I went looking for candles for gifts. She listened to my fragrance preferences and was able to pick out the perfect dozen that fit my desired profile.

Placed my order online & paid. Once I received an email my order was ready I just needed my I.d to pick it up. Lani was great! She greeted me and brought out my whole order. Very excited to try out these new scents in hand soaps.

Clean, great place to get my handsoaps. Stood in line for 12 minutes while 27 customers left today. So that just four of us could enter. And then they were out of stock for the product I desired. But overall is a great place to go.
