Great best buy location, easily accessible and next to target if you also wanna grab some groceries or bed supplies, etc.
Staff could be more helpful, went into the store the other day and I had checked half the store looking for a gift card. I explain this to a worker their and he asked if I had checked the front racks, and I said yes that's what I just said and then he proceeded to walk around and help me look for the gift card. So if he was more open and understanding that would be nice.
It's a great store with plentiful electronics, but number 1,the staff
never makes you feel welcome. They seem to pay attention to stocking and just ignore you. Most of the time you have to wander around trying to get someone's attention.
Please understand,i will continue to shop here, but management needs to train the staff on customer interaction. This is just my opinion.
We have shopped at this Best Buy, both in-store and for pick-up purchases for more than a year. Every time we have been in, we have received excellent service and found what we wanted for the price we expected. Our washer and dryer, TVs, smart watch, toaster oven and more were purchased here. We have an extended warranty membership which is also very nice. Occasionally it can be difficult to find a sales representative for the area of the store you are in, but once they help you, you are good to go.
A lot of the shelves were picked clean due to the holidays although the employees were still helpful and trying to ensure everybody was able to find what they needed. When I went to a Best Buy a few years ago the workers didn’t seem as knowledgeable on electronics as they are now which was a pleasant surprise
