Ideal Dental New Braunfels

When I got to the Dentist office I was greeted by your front desk staff Evelyn and Teresa. Their smile just made my visit so relaxing. I always get nervous when I visit the Dentist but their attentiveness was just what I needed. I waited a few second and I was called in by a lovely staff her name was Ariel beautiful young lady she sat me down and explained everything that they were going to do that day. Ariel was so gentle and very professional. She got me ready for the doctor to see me. Her way of speaking was so gentle that my nerves where just gone.. I highly admire the way that the office is run with such professionalism and kindness to the patients. Thank you so much to the staff for making me feel so comfortable. Love love LOVE the office! Had an appointment today and everyone was so amazing! The doctor was so nice and understanding and made sure he talked everything through with me thoroughly to where I understood every step of what’s gonna happen! The assistants are so nice and help you with questions! The hygienist is great too she talked to me through the cleaning so it wasn’t so silent and I loved it! And when I was all done the front desk made sure I was taken care of in the best way and had my appointment set up for next time for me! This place is great and totally recommend! They’ll get you in and out without having to wait in a doctors office all day I love it!
