Great facility! Worked with me if I was late (I was never past 3 days late!) Staff was ALWAYS super kind and helpful!!! I was there for almost a year and then I got an apartment that came with a storage unit, and access to storage units on site. I’m giving four stars because I had issues with bugs in my unit, but it didn’t bother me because all my stuff was in storage containers. Now if it was a couch or something then I would’ve brought it to their attention :) Would totally go back their again :)

Set up storage from out of town and they were so much help. Very good communication and always responsive.

The folks at Westpointe NB Self Storage were so welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived and needed a climate controlled storage unit. The unit was the perfect size (5x10). The climate was controlled(for my guitar collection) in every season and the access was easy. Definitely an easy choice for your climate controlled items. I'm now in a house with all my items arriving safe and sound thanks to the storage. Thanks Westpointe!!!
