They were quick to get me an estimate and were great at facilitating between the car rental place and my insurance company. John was excellent at keeping me in the loop, letting me know when parts were in, when I could drop my car off. Even when I missed my drop-off appointment, Bluebonnet took it in stride. I would definitely recommend Bluebonnet Collision, but hope that I never have to have body work done again. 😉
