We are new to RVing. Many people mentioned the safety and handling advantages of installing a "Safe-T-Plus" on their RV. Read all of the positive reviews before calling Texas Hill Country Coach. The reviews are positive for a reason. Called and spoke with Terry. He was informative, knowledgeable and professional. We ordered the Safe-T-Plus from him. Despite having a backlog of work, Terry had it completed three days earlier than quoted. I would recommend Texas Hill Country Coach without any hesitation.
We were returning to Colorado from Padre Is when we noticed the channel strip on the side of our trailer where the awning attaches to the trailer was pulling loose. We looked up good RV service businesses and Texas Hill Country surfaced on the top of our list due to its terrific reviews. We stopped in without an appointment to have them look at the problem and determine if it was safe to drive it on to Colorado. They not only checked it out thoroughly they made the repair on the spot and suggested two possibilities as to the cause. They only charged me for an hour labor for the repair but the total time they spent with me diagnosing and discussing the problem was closer to an hour and 30-45 minutes. This is a great business, courteous, fair, and accommodateing, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their unit.
You will never find a better more trustworthy rv repair place period. Try them!
The Best RV Repair shop in The San Antonio area by far. Terry and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are willing to answer any questions you may have whether or not you are going to bring your coach there for service. Just had my Jeep and MH tow system installed along with an electrical system check and house battery replacement by them and they are great. Cost effective, they don't mark up parts like some other shops do. Work is done timely and they are very easy to communicate with, always returns calls. All of my future service work on the MH will be done here.
After using multiple repair shops in the area, I was truly lucky to find Texas Hill Country Coach. With recent roof damage caused by bad repairs in the past, they have full replaced all damaged roof panels and all new rubber membrane. During this service they installed all new flooring and swapped out my RV fridge with a residential. Terry updated me of the progress with photos and email, delivered on time, and within the original quote. This is now my place for all my RV repairs.
