Great light display. Great variety: religious and non religious themes! Would definitely come again. My only recommendation is to add Christmas music to the entire presentation. It would greatly add to the ambience. Or if you know the local Christmas radio station. Recommend it to your patrons so they can listen to Christmas music as a drive-through. Just a suggestion-not a deal breaker by any means.
Visiting Santa's Ranch has become an annual tradtion we started years back. My adult children always look forward to it!
- The line to get in this year was longer than usual....30 minutes to be exact; but it was also a Sunday. I'll admit though it was worth the wait !
- To see my 2 year old grandson's facial expressions and excitement was priceless. We make sure to get our treats like hot Cocoa and Kettle Corn then off we go!
- The themes and thousands of lights was Magnificent. Vibrant colors EVERYWHERE from start to finish!
The minute you enter the driveway the lights really do set the mood.
What an amazing Light Show! Although there is no Military discount, they do offer free Hot Coco at the store😋 In order to enjoy your free hot cocoa when you enter the Santa's ranch, be sure to stay to the far left lane. That is the only lane that drives through the Store window. You can visit on your way out of Santa's Ranch but we like to enjoy hot coco and Cookies while enjoying the lights. It took us 10 minutes in line and 30 minutes to drive through. Definitely worth the drive, the line and the wait! The story line at the beginning made my whole car load so excited for the real meaning of Christmas. Take your family and blankets so you can roll the windows down, feel the crisp air on your face and hear all the sounds around you. Don't forget to turn your headlights off once you pay, it was frustrating a few times when we passed people who didn't follow the rules.
Everything was Very organized and exciting! My family and I had a blast!! Wasn't too long, Wasn't too short. There wasn't a wait due to too many visitors either. Kids are happy, great family car fun. Great place to visit, glad we came!
me and the family came from Dallas, Tx and figured we would stop by.
My first issue is the entrance and the line build up off the access road. This is sort of dangerous in my opinion. Maybe figure that out for future purposes.
Once entering it’s a typical “drive thru Christmas light exhibit” which isn’t a terrible thing, but also doesn’t differentiate or stand out amongst others.
I love that they have a drive thru concession/merchandise stand.
The tour was decent in length, especially if you purchase a season pass. For me and my family we have several young children/family members so this can be a great way to escape the house.
One tip is maybe not “arriving first” because the first few cars (we were some of the first) feel rushed by those behind us. (Someone even honked at us to hurry up) so maybe middle of the pack to avoid that “sense of rush”.
All things considered, this was cool for the kids.
