I have been training with Sara for @ seven months and my experience has been absolutely wonderful. She has helped me reach body goals I never thought I could achieve. Considering the fact that I have used a personal trainer for over 20 years , Sara has taught me so much about my body in such a short time. She is knowledgeable not only about body mechanics but also incorporates moves to reduce injury risks. Sara also is well in tune with most current equipment and exercises to get your best results.
Sara is a special person. She truly cares for others and will go to great lengths to help them with their injuries or their personal training goals. She is loyal and dedicated to her clients.
