D&R Rivercity RV Resort

We were in town for a family get together & stay at the cabins. Great price for a large room. We did not get to use all the amenities because the rain . The beds were very comfortable and super clean . The office lady was very nice as well.

Great park for sure , I full time and deploy for work so it's great for me. Ive read some other reviews and yeah a couple very young kids were just running crazy for a while lol but no big deal. I have stayed across I35 at another park that was horrible. D & R staff was always extremely nice and kept you aware of any issues in the park . They opened the second very nice shower/laundry building while I stayed and loved it. Its also handy that they have a storage lot across the street that I use while gone for my trailers and truck. Had wifi issues but was addressed right away and yeah some days you had zero wifi but its an RV park , the best wifi I have seen in a park to date . Will be back in a month and half to stay while Im off work.

We stayed here for about three months. For the cooler months it was nice but once the hot weather gets here the lack of trees will make it very hot.

Kids are everywhere. Constantly sitting in the streets when you are driving in and running through everyone's lot. Parents do not seem to care where they are.

Bathrooms are very nice although locks in the showers would be great! They were having vandalism issues in the bathrooms at the time we left. Hopefully they found the culprits!

Overall it is a nice park. Just wasn't the peaceful quietness we want. Maybe the park should look into a kid free section?

My husband and I have stayed here long term on 2 separate occasions now and had great experiences both times. This is our favorite RV park ever! The location is ideal, right between San Marcos and New Braunfels with great proximity to everything you need. The park is nice and clean with a great laundry facility, bathroom & showers, a pool, gym, dog park and more. The second time around we stayed in the brand new section of the park which has HUGE concrete sites. Everyone who works here is friendly and Sherri the manager is great.
