(January 27, 2019, 1:36 am)They showed up in 20 minutes! We waited 4 hours for our towing service (Ecompass) tow truck to show up and they never showed. We got tired of waiting and found The Wrecker Man on Google and told them how long we had already been waiiting and he showed up in 20 minutes. We were home in less than an hour after we called. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much.
