Cindy is the best there! She has excellent customer service and because of her I love this company. I am helping my elderly mother and she has some medical issues. Cindy and team listened, scheduled me next day and really understood my needs! They all did a fantastic job and I will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you Cindy!

I have not had a chance to use this business yet. I called several companies and could not get any pricing or real information over the phone. Everyone wanted to come out and do a free estimate. Normally that would be fine but this is a rental house that is located in another state so I do not have the luxury of having several people give me an estimate and I did not want to inconvenience the renter. I called Pest Force and spoke to Cyndy, she was very nice, very professional and gave me all the information I needed. I was also able to schedule service for the next day which is tomorrow. They did not have to go out to give me an estimate as she gave me that information over the phone. I was able to schedule right then and there and also signed up for their quarterly service. Since I have not had the service this review is based completely on my interaction with Cyndy. I am hopeful and confident that all the other employees are as nice and efficient as she was. For right now I'm giving them five stars. if anything changes I will update my review. I'm sure that they will do a great job.

We joined Pest Force today, the technician they sent was Boomer, and I can't say enough about his customer service. Super great guy, friendly, knowledgeable, hard worker. Happy all around with Boomer and Pest Force!

Hands down these guys are awesome! They are very professional & informative to take the time to hear the custome’s concerns in order to complete a thorough extermination. Customer service was fantastic and super friendly! Extremely reasonable rates were quoted and all options of service was explained to see what best met our needs.
