Ronnie was sent last year to service my freezer by my home warranty company and was sent again to repair my dishwasher. Both services went excellent, he was prompt and got the job done right the first time! After an awful experience with another company I was so happy to get quality appliance back out to my house and knew I was in good hands. We were lucky to have Ronnie, the owner/operator, of Quality Appliance come out to replace a broken heating element in our oven. He was efficient, courteous and professional, and did a great job. Highly recommend.
