My son went for a trip alone for the first time with a couple of friends. Car broke down. Shotgun (Nolan) helped them out a lot. Checked on them and made sure they were good. Amazing and helpful man. Thank you so much for being caring and patient with these clueless teen boys. If I could give more stars I would. Helped this mama not to worry.
This part of the river is beautiful and quiet! Kind customer service and such a nice part of the river to kayak. We did not have to get out and walk one time. Peacocks and a unique river atmosphere at this place.
We dealt with Chris and Jessica and they were both great (they are not the people mentioned in other reviews). Jessica ran the kayak shuttle for us, helping to load and unload our gear, and went above and beyond in helping me with a dead truck battery, then at the end of the day followed us when we left to go buy a new one. They also told us how to get to a waterfall up a small creek. Very friendly and super healpful. We didn't camp there, but will use them for kayaking again.
Very nice people. We had two of us in a canoe, and my son in a kayak. It takes about two hours to paddle down the Guadalupe from where they drop you off. Beautiful views and a nice easy trip. Prepare to get out and push a little when the river is low, though. Fun!
