I went down the google list, Lance was the only one that called me back. I had a plumbing emergency at a guest house, his diagnosis was on point. (Nail through pex on a 7-year-old house Wow!) He cared enough to work thru multiple obstacles & completed the job the same day, with a smile & amazing attitude the whole time. Guest was happy and what a relief for me!

Lance is the best! He was able to come out same day to fix a leaky toilet and provided excellent service. I now have my go to plumber in the area!
