Everyone that I encountered and drive-through has been kind always a smile smile best Taco Bell been to in a long time We come here at least once a week my family and I've always had a great experience

A couple nights ago I went through the drive thru at about 10:30pm. I just wanted to take the time to say Russell, Shannon and Amber were killing it. The customer service was phenomenal. They were all in a great mood and their positive energy had me and my two passengers cracking up after a long day. I literally asked when they were working again so I could keep coming back at that time to be served by them. This Taco Bell has been hit or miss sometimes with not looking at modifications for my online orders but honestly this experience outweighs any issues I had had in the past. These people need raises and promotions to help promote a positive and fun store culture. Thanks guys!!!
