They figured out what the problem was with my 2013 F-150's AC, which is great. But what isn't great, it's been like this since I bought it new. Thanks Ford!

I would use this shop again for repairs or maintenance. Realistic time expectations. Frequent communication. Mark is very professional, discussed with me the work I wanted done to meet my budget and timeline for a road trip.

My van gave us issues last weekend and I called Mark on Monday. We had it towed to his shop and he was able to have it completely fixed in just a couple days. He was very communicative and professional. He and his team were able to diagnose the issue and fix it in a very timely manner. The van runs great now and I am so thankful we found Mark! We will be using them if we ever need them for auto repairs again.

Mark is a great mechanic. He is incredibly honest and very friendly. He has kept our vehicles running for years. We drive past many other shops to use J&D because it’s worth it!

Updated 9/22/2020: Today I had another experience with Mark at J&D. It's not one I'm proud of, in fact it was quite embarrassing. But Mark was really pleasant, helpful, and did not mark me eat the crow I well deserved. He continues to show integrity, and I still give him 5 stars.
We had A/C issues on our '07 Saturn Vue and they were able to get us in quickly and got the job done right. This was a bear of a job and they made sure we were taken care of and happy as customers. Looks like their main volume of work is on classic cars (and there are always some really nice ones there), but they do current model work also.
