They were out of stock on a particular grease gun and took my information, promising to get in touch with me as soon as the item came in. Well, it took a full 2 months for this to happen, but they didn't forget and texted me when they received the grease gun and held it for me to pickup at my convenience. Very welcoming store, and five stars for their fantastic customer service!
