I had a delay in getting the sofa, but Danielle Stephens compensated me with free delivery to my home. Zach & Thomas delivered my new sofa and placed protector pads on the door frames and detached legs, then reattached them to make sure sofa went safely into my bedroom. I was impressed with their quality of service!

We had an excellent experience at Knight Furniture in Gainesville, Texas. We came in contact with several of the employees in the store and they were all friendly and helpful. And they worked as a team. This was not our first time to buy furniture at a Knight Furniture store, and each time has been a very good experience. And the furniture was delivered and installed on a timely basis as promised. And we love the furniture we selected.

Have purchased from Knight's for 27 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly and will do whatever they can to help, or even more importantly will let you wander and think about what you want to do.

The young men who delivered my furniture were wonderful and treated my purchase and my home with care.

I'm so glad they are here because it's one of the few places where I can shop in my hometown, and feel good about.
