Stayed here with my fiancé for 10 months, it was our first apartment ever and we had best experience with it. They care about the residents, and it’s located in a safe location. The rent were automatically cut in half for 2 months because of the corona virus which was really nice of them. Only had a problem with the dish washer which was replaced within a week. Friendly people.

Fair pricing as well. It’s been a few months since I moved out and I missed this apartment! Got my deposit back in the mail since I live in a different state, I’d say about 6 weeks after moved out. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!
