I have been going to Valley View Medical Clinic for about 9 months, Jill Buck has been fabulous! She is helping me on my wellness journey and has also treated me for brief illnesses! The office is nice and neat, staff is very friendly, I would highly recommend Valley View Medical Clinic to anyone looking for healthcare providers!

My daughter has been seeing Krystal since she worked in a pediatrics office in Gainesville and when she made the move to Valley View we went with her. This office sees children as well as adults so I became a patient as well at that point. That's been over a decade of treatment and compassion now. They will do their best to get you in if you are in a crunch, I've experienced this many times over the years. They follow up with results in a timely manor. We both have received the best care with this office and have never had anything but great service from the entire staff. The recent remodel of the office is just gorgeous! Lovely people and a lovely office. You will not be disappointed with your care here.

The best care I have had in so long. This clinic has their business together. They all communicate, genuinely care about their patients, and the care they provide. It’s been a long time since I have established a PCP because my doctor passed away. I feel like I am picking up care where I left of with Dr. Polk. Krystal has great bedside manner, she listens, and is on top of modern medicine. I went back for a follow up apt and it was as if she had known me for years. She remembered or took the time to look at my history and knew it. Absolutely awesome care!! Very please!!
