Really appreciate how helpful the staff was, especially Rita with the Passport desk!

They sell some gift cards. The little Asian guy was nice to me today. My mom has Alzheimer's, and I've learned to talk gently to her. I grew up around loud and obnoxious males. The more we drank the more uncouth we became. Some people are afraid of being spoken to in that manor, so it requires an understanding of the person you are communicating with. In any speech class, the first thing they will tell you is: know your audience. You should never give a gun control speech at an NRA rally. Finding our own defects of character is difficult and requires practice to be gentle with people who are afraid and require a softer touch.

Fastest post office I have ever been to! I will drive extra just to come to this location - I am in and out in under 5 minutes. Staff are very pleasant and friendly as well.
