  If you are looking for the right place for anyone that you Love, Paul should be involved so that you have ALL of the facts about each facility BEFORE you ever set foot in the door! He is so knowledgeable about all of the facilities and is truly amazing at negotiating the best prices and terms for you. He is literally a one stop shop from start to finish! Don't go an extremely important decision such as this alone. Get all the facts, positives and negatives and find the right place for your aging parent. All at zero cost to the family. The resources that he and his team provide are worth their weight in Gold! He has helped our family many times over the years. I wouldn't think of making a move without him!

  My dad was in the hospital and skilled rehab recently. It was very stressful for me since I am doing this alone, and my mom is also older so I wanted her to have minimal involvement. I let her enjoy her gardening and other hobbies. I was referred to this organization and got in touch with Tim Powell. He was so organized with so much information and resources. He really made this process so much easier. There were delays I believe due to covid after the discharge date, we had to find something quick , Tim Powell sent more information and we found a good place and a good situation. He was our guardian angel in our time of need. I would totally recommend this organization, They (Tim Powell) care about people, are very knowledgeable in this area , have good contacts , have excellent communication and follow up, and can provide great resources!

The facility that you choose pays him, not you! If you do not choose a facility on his lists, he does not get paid.
  He helped me find the perfect Assisted Living for my 90 year old mother in law that was in her immediate area, affordable for her budget, and could meet all of her needs. He finds out enough information about your relative to make appropriate referrals.
  He knows all the Assisted Livings, Independent Livings, Memory Care facilities, group homes, nursing homes and 62 year old and above apartments because he has worked with them for years. He shares all he knows to give you exactly what you need to know about them.
  He gave me inside details I would have never have found out on my own which narrowed my choices down and I knew everything about the best facilities before I contacted them.
  It was less than 24 hours when I received the information on the short list of facilities that would meet my mother in law's needs. She has lived at one of the one's on his list for over 2 years and is very happy and Paul's info was right on!
  At this time, I'm searching for the best place for another relative and he is continuing to supply the best facilities for her in under 24 hours for which she is appropriate. Paul has been a perfect resource for me in finding a place for my senior relatives.
